CAREER
Thomas continued his education and basketball career at the University of Washington. He played for the Huskies basketball team from 2008-2011. Thomas wore the #2 jersey that was previously worn by 5ft 9in Nate Robinson. He was named Pac-10 Freshman of the Year after averaging 15.5 points for the 2008-09 season. Thomas managed to improve his scoring and assists during his sophomore and junior years. He was a 2× Pac-10 Tournament MVP and earned All-American honorable mention in 2011.
Thomas was selected by the Sacramento Kings with the 60th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft. He played three seasons with the kings and was able to improve his scoring from 11.5 to 20.3 points per game.
